Great item. I was dubious about spending £10 on seaweed, but it still seemed like better value, given the bag size, than what it costs elsewhere. As it turns out, the bag has lasted me ages. A tablespoonful of it expands quickly in warm water, so in reality you are getting a LOT more than you would expect for your money. I'm not as heathy an eater as I would like to be, but I enjoy eating this with whelk and other types of seafood. Would definitely recommend.

This is better value than buying small amounts from your local store. I keep the bag sealed and take out 50 grams to add to a more easily handled pouch for general cooking. Wakame is my favourite seaweed.and should be dirt cheap in this country as it grows on every rocky shore. But this comes from Japan. The pieces of seaweed are uniform in size making it easer to judge amounts. Add a few pinches to your stir fry when you want a taste of the sea.

I have heard how good this product is for you health. I use this in stir fries as it is very salty if eating on its own and you only need a small handful if that and I use 1-2 times a week as it is an acquired taste and can be a bit sickly if you eat too much.Bought for health reason only and not for taste as it is very good for you and contains many vitamins, minerals and iodine which is the main reason for purchase, Very good for thyroid as I have been told and reason for purchase and use weekly

I love these. The bag is quite big so I'll have a lot of uses out of it. When you rehydrate them they get four times larger so make sure you get your quantities right. But they are very tasty and easy to use and made my miso soup super delicious.

The wakame itself is very good. It is certainly better than anything I have tried before. The smell of sea is strong and pleasant.
The re-sealable packaging is also great. It helps to keep the wakame fresh and dry.

I am over the moon with this fabulous affordable wakame. I now use wakame with every meal as I imagine my ancestors may have done for 40,000 years. I feel very well on it. Thanks

Seaweed is not cheap, but it is an important source of nutrients. This is a reasonable value packet.

I am very pleased with the quality/taste of the seaweed. The price/size of the bag very attractive and lasts for a long time when used as a daily supplement. It is perfect for any vegan/vegetarian dishes, raw vegetable/fruit smoothies, as well as cooked food.
